“This is not a retreat you attend.
This is an experience you step into — and a version
of yourself you become.”
Welcome to Rein & Rise Collective — a global series of immersive women’s experiences rooted in leadership, transformation, adventure, connection, and the courage to take the reins of your next chapter.
Each experience is intentionally designed around a unique environment — from western deserts and mountain landscapes to oceanside escapes and international adventures — because growth happens when we step outside the familiar.
Through immersive activities, meaningful conversations, experiential learning, leadership development, movement, challenge, adventure, horsemanship, and connection, women are invited to confront what’s holding them back and expand into what’s next.

Because transformation doesn’t happen from standing still.
It happens when you choose to step into the saddle and take the reins.
